Non-Lasagna Casserole

Non-Lasagna Casserole


  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 jar pasta sauce
  • 3 cups of rotini** (or any pasta you want)
  • 1/2 container of ricotta cheese (I used the whole container and didn't need that much)
  • 1 cup mozzerella cheese

  1. Brown ground beef and begin cooking pasta according to the instructions
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  3. Drain pasta and layer in casserole dish
  4. Mix sauce into the pasta
  5. Top pasta mix with ricotta cheese
  6. Top ricotta cheese with meat and pour remaining sauce over top
  7. Top with mozzerella cheese
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees
**I went online to Barilla's website, to find out how much to cook.

Ingredients minus ground beef

3 cups of noodles

Add a dash of salt & pepper to bring out the flavor

Mix in some sauce

Layer noodles, ricotta and meat

Pour on the rest of the sauce

Add some cheese

Bake for 25-30 min

Delish! Served with a side salad!
