Crockpot Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:
1 pkg frozen hashbrowns
1 lb cooked/crumbled sausage*
2 cups co-jack/mild cheddar cheese
1 qt egg beaters or 16 eggs

Directions:
1. Spray or line crockpot with liner
2. Layer hashbrowns, sausage, cheese
4. Pour eggs over
5. Cook on low 8 hours or high 3-4 hours
 *I've used this recipe three times now, each and everytime its delicious, but the first time I made it I used precooked/crumbled jimmy dean sausage, but in an effort to save money I used 1 lb regular breakfast sausage this time.
