Recipe: Momma's Cheese Muffins

So today, for the second time, I enjoyed making a favorite of mine. Like most things I assumed that it wouldn't taste as well as when "momma makes it" but I have to admit this is a good contender! Of course not AS good, but pretty darn good all the same.

2 frozen bread loafs
Plastic wrap
Pam spray
4 tbl Powdered cheddar cheese
2 tbl Garlic Powder
1 tbl sesame seeds
1 tbl poppy seeds
1 tbl celery seeds
1 cup shredded cheese
2 egg
1. Spray plastic wrap with spray
2. Place frozen bread loaf in the center and wrap plastic around (not tight **See picture)
3. Leave out to rise/thaw until it has doubled in size
4. In bowl mix powdered cheddar, garlic powder, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, celery seeds
5. Crack egg on baking sheet, using a chopper (see picture) spread around sheet
6. Place risen bread on sheet, coat in egg
7. Begin slicing, then sprinkle cheese/seed mixture over slices, then begin slicing to smaller sizes (see picture)
8. Sprinkle more over, continue slicing
9. Mix in shredded cheese
10. Grease muffin tins, and measure out into muffin tins
11. Bake at 350 degrees until no longer shinny & getting brown edges
12. After taking out of the over, let cool for a minute, then immediately place in ziploc bag. They dry quickly
