Recipe: Angel Chicken

Angel Chicken
Angel Chicken
4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (I used 3 because my crockpot could only fit that)
1/4 cup butter
1 package dry italian dressing mix (Original recipe called for 1/2 but it tasted good with all)
1 can cream of mushroom
1/2 cup dry white wine (We shop at Aldi so we bought Chardonny (sp?) it was all they had)
8 ounces cream cheese with onion and chives (Original recipe called for 4 ounces but I wasn't going to use the rest of it for anything else plus it tasted good)
1 box angel hair pasta (Clearly you don't need to cook the whole box, there are two of us so I cooked enough for Josh and I)

1. Put all ingredients in slow cooker, but the pasta
2. Cook on low 7-8 hours
3. Prepare pasta when chicken mix is done
4. Cut chicken (Mine just shredded, it was so moist) Mix in pasta or serve over pasta. **

**Now when I pulled the chicken out of mine to cut it I noticed that the sauce had seperated and wasn't mixed together and was REALLY runny, so I mixed some flour into it, maybe a tablespoon, but it's all about eyeballing it. Mine also cooked for 10 1/2 hours and tasted just as good.
