Recipe: Abbi's homemade mashed potatoes

Abbi's Homemade Mashed Potatoes
6-8 medium to large red potatoes (add more if more then 5-6 people)
1/2 pint heavy cream
1 cup sour cream
3 tbl butter
1 tbl garlic salt
1 tbl onion powder
1 tbl parsley
Salt & Pepper to taste
1. Wash & peel potatoes leaving as much or as little skin as you like (mine has a little)
2. Dice up potatoes to 1-2 inch size
3. Boil on medium high until tender (1 hour)
4. Drain potatoes
5. Mash Potatoes
6. Stir in heavy cream, sour cream & butter
7. Stir in salt & pepper to taste
8. Add garlic salt, onion powder, parsley 
9. Mix well & enjoy
