Recipe: Taco Bake

Taco Bake 
Taco Bake

Ingredients:
-2 Lb Ground Beef (or other ground)
-2 packages taco seasoning
-Package of 10in tortilla shells
-2 packages Shredded Taco Cheese
-Taco Sauce (I use Ortega)
-Sour Cream (You won’t use it all)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven 350 degrees
2. Brown ground beef. Add taco seasoning and some water (I eyeball it). You’ll need the taco liquid to add to the dish.
3. As it’s preparing use 6 tortilla shells and spread a thin layer of sour cream on each.
4. Layer (In Casserole Dish): Flour tortilla w/ sour cream, ground beef w/ taco seasoning, cheese, and taco sauce. Repeat. Use all ground beef in the first two layers, last layer only have cheese. You will have three layers. Poor taco sauce (from skillet) over the whole mixture.
5. Bake for 10-15 min or until all layers of cheese is melted.
Notes:
-All (amount) of cheese is NOT necessary, I like cheese.
-I tend to like less meat then Joshua so I tend to add A LOT more meat to his side then to mine.
