Recipe: Sour Cream Noodle Bake

Sour Cream Noodle Bake
-1 Lb Ground Chuck (or other ground meat)
-1 can tomato sauce (15 oz)
-8 oz egg noodles (I never measure, just eyeball what would be enough)
-Sour cream (this depends on how "creamy" you want your noodles so eye ball it, sometimes I use a lot or a little)
-dash of garlic salt
-shredded cheese (I experiment with the type of shredded cheese (co-jack, mozzerella, etc) and again I eye ball this and sometimes use more or less cheese)
-salt and pepper
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Brown ground chuck. Drain (depending on how much grease). Add garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste. Mix in tomato sauce.
3. Boil noodle while browning ground beef. Drain. Mix in sour cream (to consistency). Add cheese (to amount you desire). Dash of garlic salt, pepper and salt again.
4. Grease (I use pam) casserole dish. Depending upon how much you have made, I sometimes am able to use a 13x9 but most of the time thats TOO large.
5. Layer noodles on bottom (after sour cream and cheese, garlic salt, pepper and salt). Then pour meat/sauce mixture over the top.
6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top.
7. Bake 10-15 min or until cheese on top is melted!
