-Eggs (it depends on how many you want to make)
-Milk (only if you're going to scramble eggs)
-Salt & Pepper to taste
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. If scrambling eggs, scramble in seperate container, and pour into muffin tin. If just cracking, crack one egg per tin. Don't fill the muffin tin only go to about half or 3/4 way up (see picture)
3. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees, if still running in the middle cook longer!
That's it! Freeze if you want and microwave when you want to reheat them. It's that easy!!
